Costs for document digitization
STANDARD DOCUMENT DIGITIZATION (300 dpi and original size of 32 cm x 42 cm maximum):
- For personal use: $15 per scan
- For commercial use: $30 per scan
STANDARD DIGITIZATION (At more than 300 dpi):
- For personal use: on a case-by-case basis
- For commercial use: on a case-by-case basis
LARGE FORMAT DIGITIZATION (300 dpi maximum):
- For personal use: $18 per scan plus $30 per hour for stitching
- For commercial use: $35 per scan plus $60 per hour for stitching (for ex. large map: 10 scans x $35 = $350 + stitching)
COPY OF PREVIOUSLY-SCANNED DOCUMENT:
- For personal use: $7 per copy
- For commercial use: $14 per copy
RESTORATION:
- For personal use: $30 per hour
- For commercial use: $60 per hour
*RUSH SERVICE:
- For personal use: double the cost
- For commercial use: double the cost
*The rush service fee will be added only if your order has to be placed ahead of others.
Costs for document reproduction and other fees
Photocopies:
- 8 ½ x 11 = $0.25
- 8 ½ x 14 = $0.50
- 11 x 17 = $1.00
Certified photocopy (for ex. extracts from sacramental registers): $30.00 per record
Microfilm digitization: $5.00 per page
Copy of audio recording:
- Cassette to cassette = $20
- CD to CD (or to USB stick) = $10
- Digital audio files, transferred eletronically = $10 per file
- Digitization (e.g. cassette to CD) = $30 per hour ($15 minimum)
Copy of video recordings:
- Videocassette to videocassette = $30
- DVD to DVD (or to USB stick) = $20
- Digital video file, transferred electronically = $15 per file
- Digitization (e.g. video-cassette to DVD) = $30 per hour ($15 minimum)
Access fee to the archives for non-members: $5 per day (Access to the reference library in the reading room is free)
Fee-for-service research:
- For non-members: $30 per hour ($15 minimum)
- For members: $25 per hour ($15 minimum)
Records management – consultations: on a case-by-case basis
Workshops: on a case-by-case basis
Shipping and handling: as required
